Our Purpose and Goals

The mission of the Kingston Frontenac Public Library is to support a vital community of well-rounded and informed citizens. The people of Kingston-Frontenac recognize their library as:

• the primary source for information;
• a major source of leisure activity;
• both a repository and entry point to the collective wisdom of society;
• an accessible, inclusive, comfortable and welcoming place for all citizens to meet and interact;
• an active participant in developing and renewing community partnerships.
