Frontenacs Read Posters
The Kingston Frontenac Public Library has partnered with the Kingston Frontenacs hockey club to encourage children and their families to read. Recognizing the importance of role models in encouraging children to create a reading habit, the Frontenacs players posed for series of posters featuring fan favourites reading at the rink. The posters have been displayed in local libraries, and the community response has been overwhelmingly positive. KFPL has received many requests for personal copies of the posters so, with the agreement of the Frontenacs, we have decided to make them available online.
